Export References to Your Paper 插入參考書目到MS Word文件 -- 使用 "Cite While You Write"

Firstly, install the “Cite While You Write” Plug-in.
首先,你須安裝 "Cite While You Write" 插件。

  1. Click the "Format" tab.
  2. Select "Cite While You Write".
    選擇「Cite While You Write 外掛程式」。
  3. Click "Download Windows" / "Download Macintosh" to install the plug-in.
    按「下載 Windows」或「下載 Macintosh」安裝此插件。

Then, insert cited references into your MS Word document.
安裝完成後,你就可以匯入參考書目到 MS Word 文件。

  1. Open your document with MS Word and click "EndNote 20". Select "Preferences", then select "Application".
    開啟MS Word文件,點擊「EndNote 20」。選擇「Preferences」,然後選擇「Application」。

  2. Select "EndNote online". Then, log into your EndNote account.
    選擇「EndNote online」,然後登入你的EndNote帳號。

  3. Select the citation style.

  4. Place the cursor in the document text where you want to insert the reference.
  5. Go to the EndNote tool menu, and click "Insert Citations".
    在 MS Word 的 EndNote 工具列,按「Insert Citations」。

  6. Type in a keyword of the reference and click "Find" to find out references in your groups.
  7. In the result list, select the required reference. Then, click "Insert".

  8. The citation and the reference are added automatically.​

Create a bibliography in EndNote Web 建立書目清單

  1. Click the "Format" tab. Select "Bibliography".
  2. In "References", select a group of or all references.
  3. In "Bibliographic style", select an output style.
  4. In "File format", select a file format.
  5. Click "Save", "E-Mail" or "Preview & Print" to produce the list.
